A Parent's Resource Guide to Learning Disorders: *  The Arizona Office for Americans with Disabilities has put together a wonderful resource, providing an accurate, and consise, explanation of the many different types of learning disabilities.

LD in the Home:  The National Center for Learning Disabilities provides information to help parents find the balance between meeting their child's special needs, along with the needs of the rest of the family.

WOMEN & GIRLS:

The National Center for Gender Issues and ADD: For females, ADHD is often even more of an invisible condition than it is for males. To address this problem, the National Center for Gender Issues and ADHD has been founded by Patricia Quinn, M.D. and Kathleen Nadeau, Ph.D. to promote awareness, advocacy, and research on AD/HD in women and girls.
